There is no TankWise login, cloud profile, or remote TankWise account to request deletion of. Aquarium records are stored on the device or in the browser where you saved them. Launch interest, a beta application, feedback, or a support ticket is a separate website record, not an app account or cloud aquarium profile.
Remove data from the mobile app
- Delete individual tanks, readings, livestock, plants, notes, or receipts using the delete controls in TankWise.
- To remove all remaining TankWise local information from the device, open Android Settings → Apps → TankWise → Storage and choose Clear storage, or uninstall TankWise.
- Clearing storage or uninstalling also removes private app image files that may remain after an individual tank record is deleted.
Clearing app storage is permanent on that device. The current release has no TankWise cloud backup from which those records can be restored.
Remove saved website tank data
- Open Open the TankWise checker.
- Select the saved aquarium you want to remove.
- Choose “Delete tank data” and confirm.
- To remove every website tank at once, clear site data for simplysubmergedaquatics.com in your browser settings.
Delete launch interest, beta, feedback, or support records
Launch-interest records, beta applications, feedback, and support tickets are stored remotely in the website's hosted database. Beta applications, feedback, and support tickets are also mirrored to a private Simply Submerged Aquatics Google Workspace spreadsheet. To request deletion:
- Email support@simplysubmergedaquatics.com, preferably from the email address used for the beta program.
- Use the subject “TankWise data deletion” and say whether you want launch interest, an application, feedback, a support ticket, or all matching records deleted.
- Include the email address used for the submission. We may ask for enough information to confirm the request belongs to you before deleting the matching records.
A verified request removes the matching TankWise website record and, for a beta application, feedback report, or support ticket, its private Google Workspace spreadsheet copy. It does not affect local aquarium data on your device, which support cannot remotely access.
The matching private email-delivery queue record is also removed. A deletion cannot recall a receipt that has already been delivered; copies or delivery records may remain in sender or recipient mailboxes and provider systems under their normal settings and retention practices.
A verified deletion also removes an unsubscribe suppression record because the email address itself is part of that record. If the same address is submitted again later, the website treats it as a new request; ownership still needs confirmation before contact.
Outside services
Clearing TankWise does not remove records independently held by Google Play, Apple, Etsy, a browser provider, or a third-party species reference site. Use that service's privacy controls for its records. The Unlimited Tanks purchase is managed through the store account that processed it.

Contact support@simplysubmergedaquatics.com. Because TankWise has no remote app account or aquarium database, the publisher cannot remotely inspect or erase aquarium data stored only on your device. The publisher can delete matching launch interest, beta application, feedback, and support-ticket records after a verified request.
